• Registering more than one Account on the wh888 Platform, regardless of the identity, device, or payment method used.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game or feature on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wh888 Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment gambling in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

The wh888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wh888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. wh888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your wh888 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Age Restriction: wh888 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any Account found to be held or accessed by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified deposit source.

• Funds on Termination: Where an Account is closed by wh888 due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, wh888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where misconduct is confirmed, wh888 may forfeit the balance to cover losses, costs, or damages incurred.
• Survival of Terms: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
